Traditional Wooden Block Printed Cloths
Love at first sight .
Block printed cloths made me smile and feel happy. They beckoned me closer, I touched the cotton, inhaled the ink and India, my eyes feasted on the bright colours, my mind loved the patterns and so my love affair started with block printed cottons.
Block printing is a tradition in India. The age-old printing of cotton, carving of wooden blocks, and printing each design by hand are all part of India’s heritage.
We as a family have started our business small but with lots of passion .
We import what we love.
My hope is that whoever wears a garment or has a block printed cloth will appreciate the colours, and technique and time the hand made product takes.
